Watch and Workout

Saturday is a lazy/cheat day for me but I still like to get a workout in. I really didn't feel like running so I decided to switch it up with a lower impact workout. Since I am one of those people who can get bored when I am not fully engaged, I picked a movie to keep me distracted. Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man is a keeper and I love love LOOOve this movie.



Before I knew it, an hour had passed and I had walked 4 miles with 500 calories burned. This is what I call working out! Even if you don't have a treadmill, you can also do other exercises like sit-ups, push-ups, walking in place, jumping jacks, and leg lifts to name a few. Make a Par-tay out of your workout and enjoy!





This smile is for the 500 calories I will use for cheating today...and it will be absolutely delicious. Yeahh. Keep the Par-tay going!!
